
It was very clean and made for some cozy memories forever. It’s not the closest hotel to Disney so less access to other specialized Disney transportation options but it’s very cost effective and it’s maybe less than 15 minutes away driving (Magic Kingdom).

As well as a free Disney shuttle (scheduled) to the parks. It has a built in store for all your needs and a Applebee’s right in the hotel. It felt cozy and humble after a few days and the pool was beautiful.

My family had a comfortable stay and everyone was extremely helpful and hospitable. To be honest, it was a pretty basic no frills room. I would definitely stay here again if I had a car or just wanted to have a place to chill and never leave the hotel 😊

You will not be able to simply walk out get a coffe and comeback unless you are willing to walk at least 20 mins and cross major roads ….However you can Uber eats food drinks alcohol etc for as little as $2.00 USD so you don’t even have to leave if you don’t want to.Ģ) our air-conditioner did not work so the room became really humid I didn’t bother saying anything because we opened the windows and the cool air helped cool the room down The only couple of very teeny tiny negative comments (which not all at the fault of the hotel ) isġ) this is not an ideal area If you don’t have a car unless you like walking. The breakfast is simple yet satisfying with both hot and cold options and you can even make Mickey Mouse waffles. There is also a lovely pool area with spa to hangout for the day and laze around. If you are looking to stay some where that is less crowded and without a million kids running up and down hallways then this is a good choice. So I did book this quite quickly and frantically however im so glad I found this hotel. Terrible to acuse your customer of trying to cheat you over a $15 warranty that is a piece of crap and doesn't last.We happened to come across the Residence Inn as our flights were delayed and we needed to find new accommodation as our previous hotel was at capacity. His attitude as a manager explains why he constantly have different employees there.

Last time he blamed it on one of his employees not knowing how to fill the warranty cards so obviously he doesn't train his employees properly. I paid for the warranties so they should be able to replace them without any issues. He replaced both batteries with a terrible attitude as if he was doing me a favor. He gave me an attitude when he threw the warranty card at me instead of handing it to me.

But this time he claimed the warranty card was wrong so I told him to check the battery and that it is under warranty. Last time he told me the battery on the coach watch wasn't his so I paid for it. He gave me the same story the previos time about one of my coach watches so I purchased another warranty for the same coach watch but I'm starting to believe he does this to every customer to make them buy another battery. I explained to him that is the only guess watch I have since all of my watches are coach watches. The guy gave me an attitude and told me the warranty was not for the guess watch I had because the warranty card was done wrong. I asked the guy why their batteries don't last since I'm always in there replacing them.

I came in to replace the batteries on two of my watches since I have the life time warranty.
